SŮL opened in a former salt warehouse in Staré Město. The wall between the kitchen and the room came down on day one.

From a warehouse to thirty-two seats

The building stored salt until the 1930s. We kept the brick vaults, opened the courtyard wall for daylight and put the kitchen where the loading bay used to be.

Thirty-two seats is the largest room Tomáš wants to cook for without shouting. It is also why the card stays short.
